St. Johns of Mayville

Parent Teacher League ( PTL )

The mission of the St. John’s PTL is to support and encourage our parents and teachers, while at the same time, offer fun fellowship events for all of our students and their families.
Membership is open to anyone who has a child attending St. John’s School, as well as our teachers and staff. We are all parents and volunteers, and we would encourage you to join us when you can!

Each school year, we plan and organize several events to encourage families to come together, get to know each other better, and have fun with their school family. Events we have planned this year include a Family Bowling Day at Dan’s King Pin, and a Valentine’s Dinner and Talent Show. In June, we hold our annual fundraiser, the Trap Shoot, Fish Fry and Silent Auction, which has proven to be a fun event for everyone. Other activities supported by the PTL include National Days, a meal for teachers at Parent/Teacher conference night, and Teacher Appreciation Week.

Our PTL is organized with a board of directors, voted on by members. Meetings are generally held the second Wednesday of each month, at 6:30 p.m., at school. Meeting minutes are available in the school office. Please feel free to email us at ptl@stjohnsmayville.com with any questions.
